-Before Booking-


Thank you for selecting Dina's Cr8tions Studios for your upcoming photography project. At our studio, we understand the significance of a remarkable photo shoot experience, and our goal is to provide you with one that you will remember for years to come. We dedicated our time and skills to ensuring that your time with us is exceptional, and we look forward to working with you to create beautiful and lasting memories.


Our booking process of service is designed to ensure a hassle-free and streamlined experience for our clients. It's the first step towards creating your unforgettable photography session with us. Please follow the steps below to get started.



Step 1: SECURING YOUR SESSION



All session reservations for our services are exclusively made through two portals: our booking App at calendly.com/dinacr8tions or our website at dinacr8tions.com (Enquiry/ Contact us). This exclusive process ensures our valued clients like you have a seamless and personalized experience with us, tailored to your unique needs and preferences.



We must only operate and acknowledge bookings made through our official channels: the booking App at calendly.com/dinacr8tions or our website at dinacr8tions.com (Enquiry/Contact us). Any other booking or reservation made outside of these channels is invalid and may result in the forfeiture of your session date and loss of deposit. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.



Step 2: AGREEMENTS AND DEPOSIT 


After we have finalized the date and time for our session, we will send our clients a personalized agreement and an invoice for the deposit. We require a signed contract and a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. Please note that once we have agreed on a date and time, we will not schedule any other appointments during that period. As a result, the deposit is non-refundable. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and will do our best to accommodate you.



 The retainer fee must be paid upon receipt of the contract and deposit invoice. We understand that plans may need to change, and we're happy to work with you to reschedule any appointments made within 1 to 2 months in advance. However, you may forfeit your deposit if you request to reschedule your appointment more than one month after the original booking. Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.



The Client must agree to pay all remaining balances, and all agreements must be finalized one day before the scheduled session. Please do so to keep the session date and deposit. If a session is booked within five days of the requested date, a contract and an invoice for the total amount will be issued, and the payment must be made by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on the date of receipt of the contract.



-About Your Shoot-



Step 3: LOCATION
If the Client does not specify a location for the shoot, we will appoint one. Our photographers are experienced in working indoors and outdoors and possess excellent skills in using natural and artificial lighting to achieve the desired results. The Client typically decides on the location for event photography. However, the photographer may suggest alternative options if the location or lighting conditions interfere with achieving excellent results.

*Note: An additional traveling fee may apply to shoots other than those of the appointed studios.*



Step 4: TIMELINESS + ATTENDANCE



All clients must arrive at our studio dressed, including hair and makeup, and ready to shoot upon arrival unless they have booked one of our glam packages. If clients have booked a glam package, they must arrive at the appointed time specified in their finalized agreement to receive all the amenities included successfully. Punctuality is crucial for the smooth execution of each session, and we value your time as much as ours. We understand that unexpected delays may occur, so we allow each session a grace period of up to 15 minutes. However, if a client is at most 15 minutes late, a fee of $15 will be charged to release the digital proofs. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, the session will be canceled, and the payment for the session will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.



Step 5: EXPECTED SESSION DURATION



Here is a list of the session time requirements for each type of photography:



1. Portrait/ Beauty/ & Headshots (Alone): arrange from a minimum of 30 to 60 minutes.



2. Fashion/comp card/Maternity: Arrange a minimum of 30 to 90 minutes (Depending on the number of outfits and background changes).



3. Events/Wedding: arrange a minimum of 1 hour or more (Depending on the size and duration of the event).



4. Child Sessions/Newborn): arrange from a minimum of 30 mins to hours (Depending on the number of hours and background changes).



5. School/ Graduation/ Senior sits/ Yearbook: arrange for a minimum of 30 minutes or more (Depending on the size and duration of the event).



Please note that attendance may be limited to those being photographed to avoid distractions for both the Client and the photographer.



Step6: CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING



If the need arises to reschedule a session due to inclement weather, illness, or a personal or family emergency, a new date will be scheduled as soon as possible. The session fee will be recovered if the new date is expected within one to three months of the original scheduling date.


"If the photographer cannot perform the agreed-upon services on the scheduled day due to illness or a personal or family emergency, the Client shall receive a full refund of the session payment within five days of the scheduled event. However, the Client agrees to indemnify the Consultant for any loss, damage, or liability arising from any breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement."



-After Your Photoshoot-



Step 7: PRINTS & PRODUCTS


If a digital album is included in the Client's chosen package, they will receive their digital gallery within 3 to 5 business days. All prints will be ready and shipped within 5 to 7 business days, while edited photos will have a turnover time of 5 to 7 days.


*Note: All digital albums and photo galleries must be downloaded and will expire automatically after 14 days.*



-COPYRIGHT NOTICE-


Dina Creations LLC holds the copyright for all images, whether provided in print or digital format. The Client is permitted to reproduce the pictures in any way unless a print release specifies otherwise. However, the photos provided by Dina Creations LLC cannot be cropped or modified without prior consent.


-PUBLICATION-


The Client is allowed to publish or disclose the work done by the Consultant and must credit the Consultant in all such publications. By signing the contract, the Client grants permission to the Consultant to use their photographic likeness for online and print advertising for Dina Cr8tions LLC. The Consultant reserves a Consultant not expressly granted.

You also acknowledge that this submission acts as a replacement for a signed signature. By submitting this agreement acknowledgment, you agree to move forward with your shoot with Dina Cr8tions LLC. You understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in the forfeiture of your session date and loss of deposit.
